 I have over 30 years research into my extended family tree helping friends and relatives with their research.
I use extensive online resources. 
I utilise archive visits, location visits such as churchyards, churches, chapel, libraries etc.
My previous employment in the health service and related services involved taking histories, analysing, evaluating, writing reports and overall respecting privacy all with well honed listening and research skills.

I am an AGRA Associate.

My academic qualifications include:

Post Graduate-CERT Genealogical, Palaeographic and Heraldic Studies (University of Strathclyde, Glasgow).

BA (Hons) Including History and Philosophy (The Open University).

BSc. Health and Social Care including report writing, reflection, critical thinking and analysis (The Open University).

Diploma in Nursing including history taking, listening, critical thinking (Swansea University).

BSc. Health and Social Care including report writing, reflection, critical thinking and analysis (The Open University).

Diploma in European Humanities. (The Open University).
